Teens learning together in a P8 program
A nonprofit organization

Equipping the next generation to build, lead, and own.

P8 Community Impact prepares young people for leadership, financial capability, and skilled trades careers, and works with communities to rebuild what has been broken.

Why we exist

The skilled trades crisis starts long before the job site.

Our nation faces an urgent shortage of skilled trades talent, and most young people are never exposed to the trades early enough to see them as a real path. We build that path early, pairing character and financial capability with real exposure to the trades, so students can succeed in a trade and one day own a trade business.

Strategic Partnership Program

We train students through P8 L.A.M.B.S., align each one with a skilled trades pathway that fits their strengths, and place them in programs run by our trade partner organizations.

How placement works
The pathway

Train. Align. Place.

Every student moves from learning to real opportunity, with guidance at each step.

01

Train

Students complete P8 L.A.M.B.S., building character, financial skills, and a business mindset.

02

Align

In our ongoing community, students explore and test trades to discover the pathway that fits them.

03

Place

Through our Strategic Partnership Program, we place students with skilled trades organizations.
